Why Grow+Grow?

Grow+Grow was set up because we want small businesses to have access the same growth strategies and techniques as big companies. There’s no good reason why they can’t, it’s just that most with the expertise tend to focus on providing it to the big companies instead of making it accessible to those with less budget and fewer employees.

We’re bucking this trend because we have seen small businesses struggle and fail, despite having brilliant ideas or buckets of experience – purely because they haven’t nailed how they present themselves to the market.

Creating a coherent brand

We devised a process based on years of corporate design experience, a Master’s degree in Brand Leadership and continual learning. It defines how small businesses can effectively build their brands and develop their marketing so that they can compete within their industries.

Who we help

Grow+Grow focuses solely on working with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This includes micro-businesses, nano-businesses, solopreneurs and startups – basically, anybody with a small business and the ambition to grow it.

Our background

Grow+Grow is a family business run by Uncle-Nephew duo Colin and Ben.

We started working together almost a decade ago, and we have had many successes, with prominent household names and small businesses and startups. Our clients, including national and globally renowned brands, have been industry leaders in their markets.

Our combined expertise is in business strategy and creative communications. As a result, we completely understand what is needed to develop solid and sustainable businesses that can grow (and grow).
